All repairs are done at the component level and we do not simply order
new boards and parts (Like other service guys); we actually fix the problem on the
circuit board. That's why we have such competitive prices. We use the
latest modern test equipment in order to diagnose and repair your
laptop. We are trained and follow appropriate ESD practices and
procedures. Don't pay top dollar for repair to name brand corporations,

We repair all types of LCD problems including no backlight, no image,
dim or faint LCD and distorted display. If you have a cracked LCD
or otherwise need a new one, we can order fit it for you.

BOOK IN A JOB - CHECK THE
STATUS
To book in a job, you will
need to pop into one of our outlets and drop your computer equipment
off.
Generally you will only need
to drop off your laptop or desktop tower only, but please bring all of
your equipment in case our technicians need to inspect all parts.
When you book in a job with
us, you are given a REPAIR SHEET, please keep this repair sheet as your
proof of repair as we do not give out repairs
without proper identification for security reasons.
Your repair will typically
take around three days to repair, however, this estimate does fluctuate
depending on the severity of the problems.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
For all brand new laptops and
computers, warranty is carried out by going through the manufacturer,
not the Laptop Factory Outlet.
Warranty services generally
cover incidental hardware damage such as faulty Hard Drives and
Optical Drives.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Cracked screens, damaged power supplies, liquid and drink spills,
lost data, lost passwords or corrupted Windows partitions. Warranty does
not cover software, nor does it cover physical damage.
